I was pleasantly surprised to have my car washed as part of the service. It was just the way I brought it in for repairs. Our service conversations always look forward to the best long-term way to support the car's needs and my financial needs. This makes a difference to me.

Just moved to Davis from Manhattan Beach and was Lat for an oil service. Ellis’s was terrific in quickly accommodating my timing and worked with me. They also identified an additional problem that was still under warranty that was within 500 miles of expiration. New to the area, they called the nearby dealer and arranged for me to take it in after my car was ready and also got me a loaner car while the dealer order the parts and did the repair. They earned me as a permanent customer. While there I witnessed two other regular customers who were obviously there for the same reasons I will always return.
