After the Mercedes dealership in Pleasanton overcharged me for my air conditioner which they broke a bolt in and I had paid even more it turns out did they didn't tighten down or check in you've the parts that were attached to the brand-new serpentine belt. Unfortunately the alternator wasn't used to the new tension in the belt hey Brooke I had not yet finished moving to Sacramento and every place I called from my hotel room kept referring me to Ellio;s. I'm so Glad did so many people knew where to go it was obvious to me this is it place where many Mercedes owners had been before and this is a place I can leave my precious automobile it was fixed in record time reasonable price and I now know where I will always bring my CLK 320.

Thanks Emma, you were great seeing that we were able to get our car safely towed to you. Got it done by the next day and made it home to Santa Cruz, real life saver in a pinch.
