Ellio’s German Auto – Your next family mechanic. There are very few people that I have allowed to work on my 1993 Mercedes 500SEL. In 2013 my very competent German mechanic, of many years, decided to retire and leave me with the new responsibility to find and to trust in someone new. I now needed to shop for someone to care for my very old, but loyal Mercedes. Ellio’s has been around for a long time. I have often told myself, if I ever needed a mechanic, I would check out Ellio’s. That time came 2 years ago. It was the quality of their hand picked inventory they kept in stock, that told me (a Car Guy for over 30 years) that these guys understand the European market. They know how to find the perfect “New to You” dream vehicle, but more importantly they know how to keep your cherished car running smooth and faithfully, know matter what the make or model. I am proud to say that Ellio’s Germany Auto is now the only shop that will be working on my car. After multiple visits to Ellio’s over the last couple of years, this organization has proven to me to be very fair, knowledgeable, and most definitely capable of taking care of my special vehicle. (They will take care of yours too!) This last visit I had with Ellio’s really set my loyalty firmly in place with them. I had them take care of some badly needed maintenance on my Benz. Extremely satisfied (as usual) with the quality and quickness of the repair.

I took my 335d there for an oil change but they did so much more. I was wondering why it was taking them so long. Emma informed me later that since it was my first visit, they did a complimentary 75K check up and was a bearer of good news because my car was in great shape and only needed an air filter change. She also informed me that my battery tested unusually low for a brand new battery and suggested that I take it to where it was installed because it should be covered by warranty. The experience was very pleasant and I would go there again.

Excellent service...they're the only shop I trust with my Beamer! Emma, Robert and Sergio are all extremely helpful, honest, professional and they do it all with unsurpassed customer service every step of the way...these guys treat you like family and they know what they're doing...if it weren't for them, I don't know what I would do...theyre just great at what they do.
