I would rate Ellio's higher than five stars if possible. Unlike my previous car shopping experiences in the Sacramento area, Ellio's was dedicated to finding a car that I wanted, not selling me a car they had in their inventory. I purchased my previous BMW from them in 2005. Then, as now, they were kind and very helpful. They go out of there way to assist their customers before and after an automobile is purchased and I am very happy to recommend them. Renee Spears

I talked with Emma before I made an appointment to take in my 2002 ML320 for the "B" service. She told they would do everything recommended by Mercedes and quoted a price substantially lower than the well known dealer in town. I took my car in yesterday and I was very pleased with the service and the verbal and written feedback. As an old "shade tree" mechanic who has always taken care of my old cars, I want to know what is happening mine. This place communicates and that is great. I will be back and will tell friends and all I meet to go here for their Mercedes service.
