Sacramento Mercedes, BMW and MINI Repair

I had a good experience there. They changed my break fluid on my BMW and gave me a full inspection. They recommended some repairs but did not pressure me at all. I would go back to then when I can afford the repairs. I quated many shops before I went to Elliot's and Elliot's was the most affordable. The only think I recal is the parking is very small lot and hard to get in and out of especially if there's other customers.

Ellios were great! The night before My passenger window would not go up, And I showed up the next morning Without an appointment & they still Took care of me! Thank you! Great job! Great family staff!!!

I was somewhat skeptical about going somewhere other than the dealer. My Skepticism was quickly eliminated after my contact with Robert, He was very professional and knowledgeble and kept me informed on the status and progress of my vehicle. Most of all Ellios was highly affordable.

Ellio's does a good job of explaining the problems with the car and they work to try to fix the car while understanding my budget limitations. Sometimes, it take a couple of days before they call me with a diagnosis for my car's problems, which is too long. Other than that, great service.

When I heard a noise coming from the engine, I stopped at the shop to get it checked. Robert had one of the mechanics come out and listen. It was urgent to make the repair and they took care of it the next day. I'm glad that I have good people I can trust.
