Honest great mechanic

I was referred to Ellio's German Auto shop by my friend's dad and I'm honestly very satisfied with the service I received. Unlike most auto shops and dealerships, Ellio's did not try to suggest insignifcant work that needed to be done for that visit. The turnaround time from when I dropped the car off to when I picked it up was great. I will continue to bring my car here and suggest it to everyone I know that drives a German vehicle. Great customer service by Robert.

Also, Robert gave us a military discount on the repairs so every little bit helps my pocketbook. What I like especially about Ellio's is that they used authentic parts from the Mini Cooper dealer in town. The 18-month warranty on the repairs is also settling. Thanks again for the great job!

My automotive service experience with Ellio's was and always has been positive. The staff at Ellio's is always honest and forthcoming with what is going on with my automobiles. They always are willing to advise me as to possible options on achieving the goal of getting my vehicles repaired while keeping my budget in line.

Even though I paid alot for their services, I know who and where to go if I ever need future repairs and maintenance for my BMW X5!I have not met the mechanics who did a great job on my SUV, butI do know Emma, and she is literally the heart and soul of this operation. i know and felt when she would call me to tell me the good or bad news about the repairs needed for my X5! I highly recommend ELLIOS!
