It took me a while to rate this shop, it is simply amazing. I had to change oil pump o ring on my w164. They did a great job with a reasonable price. The only think made me unhappy was when I asked him to see why the windows is not working. He said I had to make an appointment and then they will check. I dont think this a professional answer. They could simply tell me why it needed an appointment. It could be just a fuse. Anyways, this will not change my rating and it will not undermine how good I feel driving the car 🙂

Just started using Ellios for my BMW X 1 service, very geniune friendly folks including the family pooch that hangs in the shop. I know its new in the game so to speak, however, I have no doubts their be fare in all my services needs which I'm hoping will be sparrinly, lol that might be wishful thinking for us BMW owners 😅. If you want top of the line service, go to Elios, their work is is warranted for 24 months/24,000 miles, whichever is first. Family business at its best.
