Family owned business, Emma and Victor are absolutely amazing. Emma and Victor's customer service is unmatched and well as their knowledge of German autos. As for vehicle repair, estimates were accurate/ spot on and very reasonable. Repairs are timely and of good quality. Mechanic/ Tech are exceptional good. Auto Sales department is outstanding, great select of used German auto, they even sold a S550 for me and recieved a very good cost. Great business- I highly recommend Ellio's German Auto!

This was my first time going to Ellio's German Auto. I was thoroughly pleased with the 80,000 service they performed on my 2015 Beetle Convertible. It was an extra nice touch that my car was washed and clean when I picked it up.. Emma in the office was friendly and knowledgeable when I scheduled my appointment and answered any questions I had from start to finish. I definitely plan on returning for service in the future.

They were very nice to me even though I know nothing about cars (some places make me feel very unwelcome and occasionally I feel like they are manipulating me for more money) Elio’s never made me feel that way. Emma helped call and keep me updated throughout the experience. Ultimately they couldn’t preform the services needed because my car had to be fixed directly by the MINI dealerships technology, but they were very gracious and gave me helpful recommendations as well. I would definitely recommend if you need work done and especially if you feel uncomfortable at mechanics like I do.
