I took my ML320 in to get serviced 7/6/20, and decided to do the review today to be accurate like Mrs Emma* I am very impressed, satisfied, and grateful my ML is running so smooth. I have went to San Francisco, Stockton.etc...All perfect. Thank you as well "Costen" a very skilled Tech. There are somethings that still need to be serviced on my ML and "Elios" is the only German Auto Repair Shop that will do the job and get it done...with reasonable rates. I would not advise that you go anywhere else if you have a 'Mercedes Benz" or "BMW" Especially if your a single women as I am. Mrs Emma is very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly Honest. She is the best and have made my life just a lil bit better. See you soon! Thank you Elios*

We've been using Ellio's for 10 years now for our E350. You can pay more but you can't find better service. In addition to great mechanical service, they do all the little things that matter, i.e. car is washed and detailed, loaner vehicles available, they respond quickly and are good communicators, they keep all of your service records on file, etc. Give them a try.

Ellio's is great and they will be getting my business in the future. They gave me updates on repairs and estimates, they were friendly, and they even gave my car a great wash after repairing my car's problem. Very impressed!

Wonderful customer service, Office technician Emma , estimates and recommended priorities were communicated well of items found during free vehicle inspection, brake fluid system flushed, resolved my BMW’s electrical issues, replaced both headlamps as requested, labor costs compatible with local going rate.
