They don’t make short cuts or allow shoddy work. In fact, they are pretty close to being competitive as a dealer at remarkably low prices. Sure, the owners sometimes have a temper or is having a bad day- but don’t we all? Their rates are reasonable considering quality of work delivered is best way to describe prices.

I brought my 2015 Cooper to Ellio's for the 30K service. From the moment I called to make the appointment, to when my car was finished, I was treated respectfully and kindly by Emma and her staff. I was referred by a friend of mine, and, as luck would have it, I needed to find a good local shop. I REALLY like that you can set your appointment online. I am busy during the day, so, remembering to call to make the appointment is challenging. Ellio's shop is clean. Easy to find. Everyone there was friendly. They are VERY affordable and upfront with all costs. I really appreciate how simple everything was for me. I will absolutely be a return customer.
