Emma and the crew have always taken great care of us. Been going here for years though we haven’t been back since COVID - we just haven’t driven our Mini that much. That said, we had a full service done, found a couple of minor issues that we needed to address and it now runs great! I have taken my Audi and my Mercedes here for the past couple years and I couldn’t be happier with their services. I’ve always had vehicles that needed repairs, and it seemed like no matter what shop I went to, I always had problems. Engine Fans being disconnected; radiators being damaged; or turbos suddenly no longer working. I have NEVER had that issue at Ellio’s. They have always gone above and beyond for me, kept their word on their estimates, and diagnosed my issues with 100% certainty.
