Took my car for second opinion here. Mainly because I thought the dealer was over priced. Ellio’s did give me the same diagnosis with a big savings. Everyone is super friendly. I will definitely be bringing my car to them for future services.

There is no better auto service company in Northern California then Ellios,. Sergio and Emma go above and beyond to help their customers. Their workmanship is fastidious. The Customer Service is top notch, the best auto service Ive received in 55 years Ive been driving.

They are simply no better customer service nor more honest business people then Sergio and Emma. I would recommend Ellios, to anybody I know because they are professional, careful, and so very customer oriented. In this industry, they are a rarity to be sure. Please take your business to them or considering buying a car from them. Their workmanship is fastidious.

Ellio's is the best for BMW service and repairs in Sacramento. I have been taking my BMW X5 there for several years. They are very thorough and very reasonably priced. Emma is wonderful. She's always very welcoming and she explains everything in detail. Definitely recommend Ellio's to all BMW car owners!

I reached to Ellio’s after experiencing one too many issues with the Mercedes Benz dealership regarding our s550. Making an appointment was easy. They stayed in contact with me throughout and explained what needed to be done, and why. I had a sense of what needed to be done and at least what the dealership would charge. It turned out that a number of things the dealership recommended that we do were not necessary, that the dealership missed a number of important things and did things that needed to be corrected and for the work that needed to be done, Ellio’s pricing was much more reasonable. Our experience was so positive that we dropped off our BMW when we picked up the Mercedes. Ellio’s did a great job with the BMW, as well. Bottom line: we had a terrific experience and we will be loyal customers of Ellio’s from this day forward.
